EJ Relocations is a Pennsylvania-licensed household-goods carrier, fully insured, operating our own trucks and employing our own crew. We provide local, long-distance, residential, apartment, packing, piano, safe, and short-term storage moving services as described on our Services pages.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided by phone, email, or our website form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual inventory, access conditions, or distance differs materially from what was described when the estimate was prepared.
Customer Responsibilities
You’re responsible for providing accurate details about your inventory, move dates, and property access, and for disclosing any items requiring special handling, such as pianos or safes, before moving day.
Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
Move dates are reserved based on availability at the time of booking. We ask for as much advance notice as possible for cancellations or date changes so our dispatch team can reassign crews and trucks accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to belongings is limited to the valuation coverage selected at booking. We are not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer, pre-existing damage, or delays caused by conditions outside our reasonable control.
Insurance and Valuation Coverage
Our movers carry $1M in cargo coverage. Specific valuation options and claims procedures will be explained by our office at booking. Claims should be reported promptly following delivery.
